LaKesha Wells, affectionately known as Kesha, hails from Oregon and has been a beacon of curiosity, creativity, and innovation since her early years.

Her journey in the business world began astonishingly early, at just 12 years old. By leveraging shadowing and internship opportunities, she secured her first job by the age of 14. Her career has since flourished, seeing her collaborate with esteemed organizations like the Portland Trailblazers, Emmanuel Church, Unity Center, Oregon Head Start Association, City of Sacramento, and many others.

In 2018, LaKesha's expertise led her to serve as the lead Strategist and Operations Manager for a CA State Assembly political campaign. This pivotal experience forged a partnership with Dr. Tecoy Porter, leading to her current role as a Board Member of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Action Network, under the leadership of Rev. Al Sharpton and Dr. Tecoy Porter.

Driven by a passion for empowerment, LaKesha established her consulting and coaching collaborative, KL&LC Company, in Sacramento, CA, in 2019, expanding its footprint to Vancouver, WA, in 2022. With over 20 years of experience spanning business management, administration, graphic design, coaching, and professional leadership, LaKesha is a trusted advisor equipped with various degrees and certifications.

LaKesha's commitment to amplifying diverse voices in business was showcased through her recent leadership of the "Her Seat at The Table" panel at the NAN Sacramento’s Annual Building Bridges Conference. Moderated by Pastor Karlette Porter, and featuring A. Lenise Kouture, Ashley Sharpton, LaKesha Wells, and Betty Williams, this panel underscores her dedication to fostering inclusivity and empowerment.

Beyond her professional endeavors, LaKesha's proudest accomplishments are her children, Destiny and David. Her overarching goal remains to help individuals realize their fullest potential and leave enduring legacies for future generations.

Through her coaching and consulting services, LaKesha has facilitated the successful launch and growth of businesses, branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, school developments, grant acquisitions, and innovative community projects—from Alaska to the US Virgin Islands.
